Review Bánh Căn Nhỏ – Crispy Bánh Căn in Dalat Near City Center
Bánh Căn Nhỏ – A delicious, affordable bánh căn spot near Dalat city center with parking and peaceful atmosphere.
Review of Bấu Xì Giùn Da Lat: a unique soy sauce noodle restaurant with airy space, reasonable prices (~25k – 99k, average 49k/bowl). Diverse menu, quick service, worth a try when visiting Da Lat.
On September 13, 2025, after a fun morning outing, I decided to skip lunch since I had just had breakfast at 9 a.m. and later grabbed some pastries at Donki Land. I saved my appetite until 3 p.m. to try Hoi An Quang noodles, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. So, I headed over to the Pham Hong Thai area, which has many light meal spots, a peaceful atmosphere, and convenient parking. Luckily, I found Bấu Xì Giùn still open — and it turned out to be an interesting experience.
The restaurant has a quirky name — when read backward, it spells “Bún Xì Dầu” (Soy Sauce Noodles). The space is airy, decorated in a simple modern style, and feels comfortable. It’s an ideal place to take a break and enjoy a light meal after exploring the city.
The main dish is soy sauce noodles, where you can choose your toppings: lemongrass pork roll, fried spring rolls, tempura shrimp, boiled pork, or vegetarian options. The restaurant also serves Artichoke Pho — a Da Lat specialty that sets it apart from traditional pho. The soy sauce is prepared in several variations, such as lemongrass chili or garlic chili, to match different tastes.
Prices range from ~25k – 99k, averaging about 49k/bowl. The restaurant offers parking, free Wi-Fi, and friendly service.

Bấu Xì Giùn is a unique yet friendly eatery in Da Lat, perfect for anyone looking for a light, reasonably priced, and tasty meal. After visiting twice (afternoon of 13/9 and morning of 14/9), I was quite satisfied. If you’re in Da Lat and want to try something both simple and creative, Soy Sauce Noodles and Artichoke Pho at Bấu Xì Giùn should definitely be on your list.
