You shouldn't eat at this restaurant because they always ask customers for directions while they eat, and it's too noisy.
Overall, it's fine.
For the past few years, whenever I've been to Nha Trang, I've always eaten at Thanh Suong 1, and everything has always been great. However, recently, I called to reserve a table via the hotline and received confirmation, but when I arrived, the restaurant was very crowded. When I asked the staff, they said it was full and all tables were occupied. When I mentioned that I had already made a reservation, the staff shook their heads and said they didn't know. I called the hotline again, and they said they would send me the phone number of the branch manager and that the manager would arrange a table. The manager just mumbled and said they would arrange it and call back when a table was available. We waited for about 15 minutes, but still didn't receive a call. I also sent a text message to the reservation hotline, but received no reply. In short, it was a huge waste of customer time. It would have been better if they had said they weren't going to accept reservations from the start. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, but this kind of service makes a customer like me feel disrespected.
The seafood was fresh and delicious, the salads and broth were tasty and not too sweet; however, the service during the meal was poor (possibly because the restaurant was too crowded, and the waiter took our order but didn't return to our table, even after calling us three times).
