🌟 Restaurant Review: “Nướng Đà Lạt và Em” – Once Loved, But Not Anymore

But my recent experience makes me not want to come back.

• Service is extremely slow, especially if you go with a small group. Last time, I arrived before a large group, but they were served first while I had to wait until the staff finished handling all the bigger tables.
• Management is unprofessional, quite careless, and not attentive to customer inconvenience.
• The acoustic music sound quality is poor – the speakers are unclear and slightly distorted. I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of investment or poor setup.
• The food is no longer as impressive as before – pretty average in taste, nothing stands out for the price.
• Prices are not cheap – considering the current quality, I don’t think it’s worth it.

✅ Pros:

• The space is still nice, airy, with greenery – suitable for check-ins.
• There is live music in the evening (though sound quality could be improved).

❌ Cons:

• Slow service, prioritizes large groups.
• Lack of professional management.
• Average food, not worth the price.
• Poor sound quality.

I used to really like this place, but after my most recent disappointing visit, I don’t plan to return. I hope the restaurant improves its service and sound system – the potential is still there, it’s just unfortunate that it hasn't been fully realized.
