Mi Quang Da Nang Co Sau Da Lat – Detailed Review of Central Vietnam Flavors

Real Experience

On July 29, 2025, I had the chance to try Mi Quang Da Nang Co Sau. Initially, I planned to eat at Mi Quang Hoi An, but since that restaurant was closed at noon, I decided to stop by Co Sau instead. This is also a fairly well-known noodle spot in Da Lat.

My first impression was that the place has a simple, clean, and tidy setting – just like a cozy family-style eatery.

Taste of the Dish

The bowl of Mi Quang at Co Sau came with bright yellow noodles, soft but not mushy. The broth, made from pork bones, had a savory flavor, served with pork, shrimp, quail eggs, roasted peanuts, and crispy rice crackers. Fresh herbs on the side balanced the taste.

However, in my personal opinion, the Mi Quang here was not as delicious as the one at Mi Quang Hoi An. The broth at the Hoi An restaurant was more aromatic and flavorful, delivering a stronger sense of “authentic Central Vietnam taste.” That said, if you want a quick and affordable bowl of Mi Quang, Co Sau is still a decent choice.

• Mi Quang with shrimp & pork – sweet and rich flavor.
• Mi Quang with snakehead fish – a bold option for those who like stronger flavors.

Price: 35,000 – 45,000 VND/bowl, quite affordable for the quality. A full bowl with toppings is filling, suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Service

The owner and staff were friendly and quick. Even during the busy lunchtime, the food was served promptly.

Conclusion

Mi Quang Da Nang Co Sau Da Lat offers an authentic Central Vietnam dining experience with reasonable prices, a casual atmosphere, and fast service. However, in direct comparison, the flavor was not as strong or tasty as Mi Quang Hoi An.
